Frontend Engineer (Angular)
About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features that provide an excellent user experience.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will contribute to architecture decisions, improve engineering practices, and help maintain a high standard of code quality across the frontend codebase.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and well-tested UI components.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Translate product requirements into clean and scalable technical solutions.
- Write unit and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.
- Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
- Monitor application performance and optimize where necessary.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term improvements.
- Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Angular (v15+ preferred).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience with RxJS and reactive programming concepts.
- Familiarity with state management solutions (NgRx or similar).
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and clean code practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular CDK and Material.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with Storybook or design systems.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other E2E testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
