We are looking for technical support for our team in the southern region (primarily in the greater Munich area) as soon as possible. As a competent local contact person, you will ensure the quality and functionality of our premium products and represent our company directly to the customer.

Your tasks:

  • Repair and service of Grohe sanitary products at the customer's location 
  • Analysis of technical problems and documentation of solutions 
  • Technical support for installers and customers 
  • Assembly and support of exhibition pieces for installers and wholesalers 
  • Independent tour and warehouse organization in the service vehicle 
  • Participation in internal training courses and product training sessions 

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer, plumbing and heating systems mechanic or comparable qualification 
  • Professional experience in the installation, repair or maintenance of sanitary facilities 
  • Good knowledge of sanitary engineering as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style. 
  • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability and customer focus 
  • Driving licence class B
