- In this role, you will support our new customers throughout the entire onboarding process until the successful integration of the service.
- As the central contact person, you maintain the collaboration with the partner institutions and develop it sustainably through regular exchange.
- You will work closely with nursing home managers, caregivers and the Emeda medical team to ensure a high-quality service.
- By clearly communicating our processes and providing targeted support with organizational issues, you ensure an optimal flow of information.
- Medical/nursing training with further business administration training or a completed degree, preferably in the field of business administration.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
- Ideally, experience in the environment of retirement and nursing homes or medical practices.
- Above-average organizational skills
- Confident and customer-oriented thinking, acting and demeanor
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with nursing and management staff
